In a shared practice with three other parties, I am temporarily subletting my room until the end of January 2026. This can be used as office space or as a practice room for consultations, therapy, or similar. The room is furnished. For shared use, there is a waiting room, coffee corner, refrigerator, toilet and back office with sink, terrace. Cleaning and use of the washing machine/tumbler are not included in the rent. However, they can be used or taken over in exchange for an increase in the rent. Extension of the tenancy by arrangement.
