Room in a shared flat

Hello, we are looking for a new flatmate, as our current flatmate is moving out soon. The old building is very beautiful with a view of St. Gallen. We have 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, 2 washbasins as well as 3 mirror cabinets and further cabinets below the washbasins. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of utensils, including a gelato machine, rice cooker etc. Behind the kitchen, we have a small room with a washing machine and a dryer, next to it also 3 shelves for personal food items and also a freezer. In the apartment, everything is intended for shared use. I am happy to show you the apartment via video call. In the gross price of CHF 783.00, internet, electricity, heating and water costs are also included. Further costs such as detergent, etc. we will split accordingly. A bus stop is located approx. 1min away. It is approx. 5min walk to the train station. I work in an office as a buyer from Mo - Fr. My flatmate works partly in a bar and partly self-employed and thus has irregular working hours. Our hobbies are doing sports, cooking and also some gaming. We are looking for someone who can adapt well in a shared flat, is tidy and clean. If you have any questions, I am happy to be at your disposal.
