Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a successor for my cozy shared flat room (6 m²) in the popular 3006 district for three months (02. November 2026 to 32. January 2027, move-in date by arrangement also slightly flexible). As a weekday resident, I used my shared flat room during the week and must now leave it due to professional circumstances.

The shared flat room is rented out on a limited basis without furniture and belongs to a 3.5-room apartment with a large living room and balcony, which are welcome to be used. In addition, there is a functional kitchen as well as a bathroom with WC and shower/bathtub. A storage room is available in the attic and in the cellar respectively.

In the laundry room, there are two washing machines, tumble dryers, a large drying room and enough space to park a bicycle. Additionally, there are storage options for bicycles, mopeds and scooters in front of the house. To ensure order and cleanliness in the shared flat, we have a cleaning and chore plan.

Note regarding allergies: Since a cat lived with us until recently, ideally you should not have a pet hair allergy.

You will share the 2-person shared flat with one female roommate. During the week, the apartment is usually very quiet. Since the apartment is terminated for 32. January 2027, the shared flat room will be rented out on a limited basis until this date.

The rent is CHF 1000.- incl. utilities per month, with WLAN and a flat amount for electricity added. The total monthly rent is thus CHF 835.80

If interested, please write me a short message with a few lines about yourself. I would be happy to coordinate a collective viewing appointment during the week so that you can view the room. If you wish to apply for the room afterwards, please bring the following things with you:

• Betreibungsauszug
• Einkommensnachweis (Solvenznachweis/Bürgschaft)
