I would interested in flat swap. I can offer 72m2 3.5 rooms flat with a balcony on the 4th floor, 5 min from the Schlieren train station. Washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The building is new, it was built 5-6 years ago, it has a swimming pool on the rooftop, rooms for bikes, trolleys and kita. Cool in the summer and warm in winter. 3480 CHF/month (with nabenkosten).

I would like to exchange for a smaller place 1.5-3 rooms in Zurich kanton or Winterthur. Needs to be close to the train station or well connected. Rent max 1800 CHF, nabenkosten included.
