3 rooms apartment

Splendid 3 rooms of 88 m² in the heart of Locarno Palazzo Torretta

I am reluctantly leaving my beautiful apartment and am looking for a successor for a splendid 3.5 rooms of approximately 88 m², located in the heart of Locarno, inside the historic Palazzo Torretta, a few seconds walking distance from Piazza Grande.

The apartment is spacious, very bright and particularly well soundproofed, offering tranquility and comfort despite the very central location.

The spaces are generous and well distributed, with two bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and bathroom. The numerous windows provide plenty of natural light and pleasant views of the roofs and the architecture of the historic center.
An additional great advantage is the presence of a washing machine and dryer directly in the apartment, without the need to use a common laundry room.

The context is truly special: the apartment is located inside a beautiful historic building full of charm and architectural details, while the interiors are modern, bright and comfortable.
The location is exceptional: Piazza Grande is practically right below the house, with restaurants, shops, bars, services and transport easily reachable on foot.

Main features:

• 3 rooms approx. 88 m²
• 2 bedrooms
• Large living room
• Very bright
• Excellent soundproofing
• Washing machine + dryer in the apartment
