Room in a shared flat

Hello (: I am Dominic, a business informatician working at the Department of Defence in the field of disaster and war medicine. My roommate is moving out at the end of October, together with his girlfriend. Which is why I plan to form a new shared apartment (WG). The shared apartment has been owned by the same circle of friends since 2009, which is why the rent is unbeatable in comparison to what we rent. The apartment is located on the top floor; above it, we have our own private roof terrace as the only party in the entire block. In addition, we have an attic with its own laundry tower, which directly borders the roof terrace. The apartment is actually 2 apartments with a breakthrough, which is why there are 2 bathrooms, a converted kitchen repurposed into a home office/studio, a very large living room that can be converted into a cinema. The apartment also has a small storage room (Reduit), built-in wardrobes and an entrance area, as well as a balcony. One can retreat well and has one's peace. I also get along very well with my neighbor, who visits from time to time. In my free time, I play drums, produce music, go hiking in a club, swim, am at the gym, and like to travel. I am a socially engaged person, helpful and understanding. I value honesty and authenticity; I can do small talk, but I do not like it. I have depth, value good conversations and a cup of tea or the occasional beer.
