Hi everyone

For my WG room in Affoltern am Albis, we are looking for a new tenant starting from October 1st.

You would live together with Sarah (26 years old) and Studi, a super lovely, open person who likes to be on the go and enjoys life. It is important to us that the WG is more than just a functional community. We would be happy if one occasionally cooks together, drinks a glass of wine on the balcony, or simply has a deep talk over a coffee.

About the WG

The apartment is very tidy and organized. A shared household plan ensures that tasks are distributed fairly, therefore you should be reliable and also value cleanliness and order. There is a dining room, separate kitchen, living room with balcony, and a bathroom.

We are looking for someone who is employed or in training/studying and has a desire for harmonious, uncomplicated cohabitation. It is important to us that one feels at home and at the same time has their own personal space.

Location

The apartment is located directly at the train station and yet pleasantly quiet.

• approx. 15 minutes to Zug
• approx. 25 minutes to Zürich Altstetten
• important shops within approx. 2 minutes on foot (Aldi, Coop, Müller, Action etc.)
• Restaurants & Bars directly in the surrounding area
• Banks and post office in the immediate vicinity or in the building
• all important offices on site, as it is a town
• elevator available in the building

About the room

According to the floor plan, the room is approx. 16 m² in size, but due to the generous layout, it feels significantly more spacious. It is best to look at the pictures; the floor plan offers really much space and possibilities for furnishing. Only the IKEA Pax remains in the room (without transfer fee). The rest of the furniture will be removed.

The rent is 1030,- CHF.

An absolute highlight is the large window with a view towards the mountains.
