The 95 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of the building and consists of an entrance, bathroom, kitchen (already equipped with dishes), refrigerator, cooking area, oven, balcony, and 4 bedrooms; large communal garden available (there are usually 4 students/young workers in total) and is located 10 minutes by bus from USI and OBV of Mendrisio, in Corso San Gottardo 143, Chiasso (there is a bus stop a few meters from the building). There are no TVs in the apartment. The room is available immediately. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and pets are not allowed.
