In an architect's house of 710 m2 surrounded by a 2.00 m2 park, we offer a furnished room of approximately 19 m2 with private bathroom and large desk. The atmosphere is more hotel than flatshare: 12 residents, young professionals and expats from all over the world, each with their own space.

Everything is included in the rent: water, electricity, heating, professional fibre wifi, cleaning of common areas 3 times per week, 24h/24 gym, sauna, swimming pool, garden, streaming subscriptions, everyday products (laundry detergent, soap, paper towels), 6 yoga and sports classes per month, monthly pizza night and events all year round, maintenance and parking. Upon your arrival, the bed is made and a towel awaits you. No surprise bills, never.

• 12 month lease, departure possible at any time with 30 days notice
