The train station is a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can reach Zürich by train in just 1.5 hours. The Braunwaldbahn station is a 10-minute walk away and offers direct access to the Braunwald ski area. From May to October, when the Klausenpass is passable, you can quickly reach the Gotthard Tunnel via the Klausenpass and travel to Italy from there. Several events also take place in the village per year, such as the Alpendorf-Chilbi and the Dorfchilbi or bicycle/car races (Klausenrennen).
