Room in a shared flat

I (42, young at heart, non-smoker) work in HR, am very fond of animals and active in a charity association. I spend a lot of time in nature with my dog, like good music, dancing, sports and digging in the garden.

I wish for a harmonious and open shared apartment where one feels comfortable, enjoys coming home and can enjoy both retreat space and shared time, be it over a coffee on the terrace, a profound conversation or spontaneous activities.
It would be very important to me that you are also fond of animals. I have a dog (Paula, medium-sized & lint-free - does not shed) and a free-roaming cat (Jamie).

The living situation:

• Semi-detached house with 5.5 rooms on 3 floors, garden with seating area and additional large terrace, 2 PP/carport
• quiet green surroundings, lovely neighbors
• large bright living room with dining area, open fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, steamer, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, etc.)
• 2 bathrooms
• office/guest room can be used jointly
• own laundry tower, small private gym in the UG
• underfloor heating, blinds and fly screens throughout the entire house, air conditioning, alarm system

Your possibilities:

• for the indicated rental price you can rent a large room (25m2 plus 5m2 attic) (unfurnished, but furnished upon request, which would already be available accordingly) and either additionally a small room (13m2), e.g. as a separate office, or we share this room (e.g. as currently used as a dressing and laundry room)
• you can let loose completely according to your wishes on the large terrace
• for 2.0 CHF you can additionally rent an underground parking space (PP in front of the door in the carport is otherwise included)

The location:

• 3min. on foot to the bus stop
• 1min. on foot to the field/forest for walks and sports
• 1km to the Volg
• quickly on the highway
