Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my furnished room (bed, wardrobe, table, chair, chest of drawers) in Luzern from approx. end of January / 1 February 2027 to approx. end of May / beginning of June 2027 (we can still discuss the exact date).
The room costs 960 CHF and includes all costs (electricity, water, etc.).
The room is just under 15m^2, very bright and has wonderful morning sun.
The apartment is on the 6th floor and flooded with light, has a balcony and a beautiful view of the Pilatus and the mountains.
The apartment is located very centrally in the city of Luzern and is only just under 10 minutes away from the station on foot.
Your roommates are two boys, originally from Obwalden (27 and 28 years old). They enjoy the community, game nights, cycling and much more.
We look forward to hearing from you!
Kind regards
Annina
