Our new apartment at Kernmattstrasse 8 offers comfortable serviced living for short and long-term stays in Basel. Whether you stay for a few days, weeks, or several months, this apartment is the perfect place for your home. The apartment is located in a somewhat older building that was completely renovated in 2024. All apartments were equipped with new bathrooms and modern kitchens during this process.
Surroundings:
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections to public transport – the tram stop “Zoo Dorenbach” is reachable within a few minutes on foot. A Lidl as well as a pharmacy are located directly nearby; Coop, Migros and several bakeries are also easily reachable on foot.

The apartment features a spacious entrance area with a wardrobe and key tray. The bright living room is designed for comfort and is equipped with a cozy sofa and a Smart-TV.
The large master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and direct access to the balcony.
