Room in a shared flat

A room is available in my beautiful, modern 130 m² apartment in Zurich District 5 on Turbinenstrasse. The apartment is stylishly and high-quality furnished and is located on the 9th floor with a beautiful view over Zurich. A special highlight is the 20 m² terrace, which offers a great view over the city. The spacious living area, the modern kitchen, and the terrace are shared. The room itself has its own private bathroom. My two lovely cats live with me, so it would be nice if you like cats and enjoy having them around. I am looking for a reliable, respectful, and uncomplicated person who is employed and feels comfortable in a beautiful, quiet, and personal living atmosphere.
