Room in a shared flat

Dear WG seekers😊

Since Laura will be moving out in December, we are looking for a new female or male flatmate for our cozy four-person WG.

Who are we?
We are Niko (31), likes being in the mountains, often on the road bike and generally does a lot of sports. Michi (30), loves beach volleyball, lots of surfing/kiting, passion for sailing. Chris (34), gifted cook, bakes the best cakes, dances breakdance and is always up for a manual project. We all work in different industries (real estate, engineering and education).
Since two of us three only moved in this year, our constellation is still quite fresh and new. This means for you that you will encounter open structures and can participate well in the shared design of the living space :)

Together we enjoy grilling occasionally in the evenings, going out together or simply relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine or beer. Friends are always welcome and of course we also respect the privacy and retreat spaces of each individual.

What do we offer?
Your room: 13.1 qm unfurnished, with ventilation

The apartment: Everything one needs and more 😄 (Large living room, 3 balconies, own washing machine/tumbler, grill, billiard table etc. etc.)

Location: Central (Buecheggplatz😁), very well connected & quiet location, Coop 1min away, directly at Käferberg☀️
Costs: Included are NK, electricity, TV fees and internet.

The room is available from 01. December 2026.

What are we looking for?
We wish for an open, warm and uncomplicated person who has a desire for a friendly WG life, likes to do something together sometimes and at the same time respects the privacy of the others.

Since we are currently three men, we would be happy to have a female flatmate again for a somewhat more balanced WG constellation🌸 (but does not have to)

Whether you work or study does not matter to us. Important to us are mutual respect, reliability, a certain degree of order and that the chemistry is right.
