Room in a shared flat

WG room with own bathroom in Luzern (Grossmatte)
I have recently moved into a modern 3½-room apartment in Luzern (Grossmatte) and am looking for a male or female roommate. The apartment is 2.0 m² in size and your room is 9.4 m². Unfurnished and you have your own bathroom. We share the kitchen and living room. Internet and Netflix are included in the rental price.

About the location:

• Bus stop directly in front of the door
• Migros, Coop, Denner, Aldi and pharmacy directly below the apartment
• Unique Fitness is also very close by
• With the bus, you are at Luzern station in about 12 to 15 minutes

About me:
I am Cris (33) and work in the creative field with graphics, marketing and video production. At home, I like it cozy, enjoy cooking and am also up for a relaxed evening with a glass or a round of Uno. Of course, it is equally fine to withdraw and enjoy one's peace.

I am very clean and it is important to me that we keep the apartment tidy. It would therefore be nice to find someone who is rather quiet and also likes to have a clean and cozy home.

If you are interested, just write me a little bit about yourself, what you do for a living or what you are studying, when you would like to move in and approximately how long you want to stay. Then we can gladly arrange a viewing and get to know each other.
