The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances from V-Zug. In the bathroom, you can refresh yourself at two washbasins or a bathtub. A separate WC with washbasin is available to your guests. The private laundry tower is also located therein. The underfloor heating will soon be supplied by a ground probe heating system, which will take over this autumn. A cellar compartment is also included. You can store your bicycles in the common room. Public parking spaces available, underground parking on request. The location is excellent, as both the inviting Lake Zurich and the beautiful forest and panoramic path are within walking distance. On the meadow in front of the patio and along the stream, you will find wild herbs all year round, as well as cherry trees, blackberry and elderberries. Two train stations are available to you with excellent connections to Central Switzerland, Ticino, but also to Chur. You can also reach Zurich easily by S-Bahn, by boat, or in around 30 Min. by bicycle along the Seestrasse. We are looking for: A rustic way of living in the cantons of Aargau or Bern, surrounded by nature. A small house, from 2.5 rooms, or a ground floor apartment from 3.5 rooms.
