Immediately or by arrangement, parking spaces for cars and motorcycles are available.

Monthly rent in CHF:

• Regular parking space: 135.-
• Handicap parking space: 145.-
• Parking space with E-charging station: 175.-
• Motorcycle parking space: 70.-

For external parking tenants (non-residents), the statutory VAT of 8.1% applies in addition to the rent. The parking garage is part of Grenzacher-Basel - 53 rental apartments, embedded in a historic building, reinterpreted for modern living. The project deliberately uses carefully selected, reused materials. This is done for reasons of sustainability and to visibly preserve the character of the building.
