From 1. February 2027, I am renting out two rooms in my cozy 6½-room terraced house in Steinmaur (ZH).

The room is equipped with a bed, wardrobe and desk. It is suitable for a woman or a working person looking for a pleasant home in a quiet atmosphere.

Included in the rental price of CHF 1460.– per month is everything:

The Steinmaur train station is reachable in only about 3 minutes on foot. The S-Bahn runs approximately every 30 minutes towards Zürich Hauptbahnhof.

I am looking for a reliable, clean and respectful female roommate or a respectful male roommate, so that we have a pleasant and uncomplicated life together.
