Room in a shared flat

Are you not just looking for a room, but for a shared flat where people also enjoy spending time together? Then we might be a good fit.
From February 2027, a room in our cozy 3-person shared flat in a detached single-family house in Wil will become available.

Your room:
The room is approx. 3.52 m² (3.7 × 3.7 m), bright and facing west. This way, you can enjoy the sun particularly in the afternoon and evening.
A built-in wardrobe is already provided.
The room is preferred to be handed over furnished. Therefore, the takeover of the existing furniture is desired.
By bicycle, you are at Wil station in around 7 minutes.

House & WG:
The highlight is definitely the surroundings: We live in a detached single-family house with plenty of grounds, its own garden and a covered terrace.
We are working professionals and like to keep things tidy at home, but we do not want to be a purely functional shared flat. Cooking together occasionally, watching a film, having a drink or sitting comfortably in the garden is just as much a part of it for us.
We are looking for someone who is open, honest, reliable and sociable and wants to be part of our shared flat life. If you also contribute to the garden maintenance from time to time, we would be pleased.
The shared flat is a non-smoking shared flat.
