In Luzern I am offering my spacious 2.5-room apartment with a living area of 120 m² for exchange. The rent is 1856 CHF + approx. 370 NK = 2840 CHF Total. PP can be rented in addition.

The apartment is really very spacious to condominium standard with two bathrooms, private laundry room which can also be used as a hobby room, cellar, pantry, 2 balconies and a fireplace in the living room

I am looking for an apartment in Luzern with at least 2 rooms and a size of at least 60 m² up to a rental price of approx. 1'500 CHF. A private washing machine would be great but not a must. If you are interested in an apartment exchange, I look forward to hearing from you!
