For a room in a 2-person shared flat in Kilchberg, we are looking for a female successor tenant starting immediately. Also ideal for a weekly resident.
The 3-room apartment on the ground floor is located in a quiet, friendly, yet central neighborhood.

A long-term tenant is preferred. The cozy, bright apartment offers plenty of storage space with 38 m2. The living and dining room are partially furnished.

The apartment includes a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower (bathtub) and private washing machine, a cellar compartment, as well as a private garden seating area. If required, a parking space in front of the house can be rented for CHF 2.0.00.

Additionally, a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a communal garden with seating options, are available.

The train station, several bus stops, and the lake are reachable within a few minutes on foot.

You will share the apartment with Odeza (68), a certified nurse, who appreciates a quiet, uncomplicated home. She is respectful, employed, and maintains a quiet daily routine. Pets are not allowed in the entire house.
