3 ½ rooms apartment

Private room in a bright apartment, in which two guys live. We are looking for a third roommate.

Room: parquet, large window with a view. It is furnished with a single bed, desk, chair, spacious wardrobe and bookshelf. The furniture belongs to the previous roommate: they can be purchased, otherwise the room will be delivered empty.

Apartment: wide corridor, two modern bathrooms (one with shower), living room with dining area, table, sofa and access to the balcony, modern kitchen equipped with a large countertop.

Conditions: apartment and furnishings are in good condition, clean and well-maintained, as seen in the photos.

Reason for the advertisement: the previous roommate has left the apartment and we are looking for someone to take over.

Monthly costs: rent 734 CHF, internet 20-30 CHF, electricity 90-140 CHF every 3 months (divided by three).

Location: 6-7 minutes walking distance from USI, near supermarkets and public transport.
