Room in a shared flat

Roommate wanted – 4½-room maisonette in Zollikon (from December)
For my beautiful 4½-room maisonette apartment in Zollikon, I am looking for a likeable female or male roommate starting immediately.
The apartment extends over two floors, offers plenty of space, and a pleasant living atmosphere. Additionally, a large, beautiful garden is included with the apartment for shared use. Ideal for relaxing, barbecuing, or simply enjoying time in the greenery.
Migros, Coop, and a sports facility are within walking distance. With the bus, you can reach Bellevue in Zürich in only about 10 minutes.
The monthly rent is CHF 1'440.–. The exact distribution of the rooms and common areas can be discussed flexibly.
I am looking for an uncomplicated, respectful person who values relaxed and harmonious coexistence.
If you are looking for a lovely home instead of a purely functional shared flat, I look forward to your message with a few pieces of information about yourself.
