1 ½ rooms apartment

In the Wylerstrasse 85 residential community in Bern, we are renting a 1.5-room apartment with direct access to the garden area.

The property is aimed at people with an intellectual disability and supports them in living independently and managing their everyday life responsibly. You live in your own apartment as a full tenant and benefit from a supported environment that offers security and enables independent living. Our assistance services are flexible

• for example, help with the household, accompaniment for errands or advice on everyday questions. This allows you to maintain your independence, while support is available by arrangement.
• Every Monday, the tenants cook and eat together with the assistance support. This strengthens the sense of community and promotes togetherness.

The apartment is equipped with a stylish herringbone floor, which gives the rooms a warm and high-quality appearance. The apartment also includes its own cellar compartment.

Tenants also have access to a shared laundry room, a drying area, a drying room, and a garden with a green space. Unfortunately, the property is not wheelchair accessible and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.

The property is located in the popular Wyler-Quartier in the Breitenrain district. Shopping facilities, restaurants, and various services are located in the immediate vicinity. Local recreation areas are also easily accessible – walks along the Aare or relaxing hours in the greenery are available right at your doorstep. The connection to public transport is very good. Several bus connections take you to Bern station and the city center in a few minutes. The motorway connection towards Zürich, Basel, and Lausanne is also quickly reachable and ensures optimal transport connections.
