Room in a shared flat

Location:
The apartment is well connected to public transport. The Ringwiesen stop is reachable in approx. 4 minutes on foot, the Hoffnung stop in approx. 3 minutes on foot. A Lidl is located about 3 minutes on foot away.

Apartment:
The room is 23.2 m² in size and offers sufficient space for a bed, desk, and wardrobe. Due to the modern new building, the entire apartment is bright and high-quality.

In addition to your own room, we share a spacious 36 m² living, dining, and kitchen area, which is intended to be the heart of the shared flat. Additionally, there are two bathrooms as well as a large balcony, where we also enjoy grilling together in the summer.

The apartment thus offers enough space to retreat, but at the same time also beautiful communal areas for cooking, eating together, or relaxed evenings.

About us:
We are Yannick (27) and Robin (29), both engineers and employed.

Yannick is very active in sports – swimming, padel, skiing, golf, or fitness, and generally likes to be active and on the go. When there is no sport scheduled, he is often tinkering with some new creative idea, enjoys cooking, or watching movies and series.

Robin originally comes from Argentina and speaks German, English, Spanish, and some Norwegian. He is also active in sports, especially enjoying hiking, playing basketball, and cycling, but is basically up for almost any sport. Additionally, he is an enthusiastic tango dancer.

What we are looking for:
An open and uncomplicated person who enjoys communal flat-sharing life and can imagine living with us long-term.

Ideally, you are approximately mid-20s to mid-30s, employed, and are also not looking for a purely functional shared flat (Zweck-WG). It is important to us that everyone has their own daily routine and retreat space, but that one still enjoys cooking together sometimes, doing something together, sitting on the balcony, or spending a relaxed evening together.

Whether male, female, or diverse is secondary to us. More important is that it fits well personally, that you are reliable and tidy, and that you want to actively contribute to a pleasant life together.
