Room in a shared flat

We have a beautiful, spacious room available in our newly founded three-person shared apartment. The room is 9.7 qm in size, has a large window with a view of the small garden and a built-in wardrobe.
All rooms have parquet flooring and there is a balcony with direct access to the garden. Since our hallway is very spacious and bright (see pictures), we would repurpose it into a cozy sofa or dining area.

We imagine WG life to be uncomplicated. We wish for mutual exchange, cooking together (preferably vegetarian) and cozy WG evenings. But being able to withdraw and having time for oneself is also very important to us. A good mix of both without obligation :)
