On our farm, in the farmhouse built in 2026, we are renting out a 3.5-room apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is characterized by a spacious kitchen and lake and mountain views. A spacious cellar compartment in the UG belongs to the rental apartment. The laundry room in the UG with washing machine and tumbler is shared with the landlord family. There is a socket on the farm premises to charge the electric car.

The rental price is Fr. 2150. Included in the rental price are water, wastewater, heating and a maximum of 2 parking spaces. Electricity is billed separately and is not included in the rent. From 1 November or by arrangement.

The bus stop Oberkirch, Länggasse can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Oberkirch station can be reached by bicycle in 5 minutes. The nearest shopping facilities are in Oberkirch or Nottwil.
