Room in a shared flat

From 2 January, a furnished room will become available in our shared flat on Iddastrasse🥳

The room itself is already furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe). Our apartment offers a super cozy common living area with an open kitchen, which is already equipped. But you are welcome to bring anything you like! 😉

Regarding the location, the apartment is superbly situated. It takes approx. 20 min on foot to the HSG, 25 min to the hospital, and supermarkets and public transport are within walking distance.
Generally, it is a quiet and pleasant residential area; you are quickly in the greenery but also quickly back in the city.

In the apartment, you will live together with Tobias (24) and me (27). Tobias is doing a Master in finance at the HSG and likes to do sports or be out with friends. I myself have just finished my studies and work as a resident doctor at the hospital in St. Gallen. In my free time, I also like to do sports, enjoy cooking, and like being in nature. The atmosphere in our shared flat is very relaxed and uncomplicated. People like to meet in the kitchen for a chat or for sports, but can also withdraw and relax at any time. We have nothing against the occasional game night or drink; on the contrary, it shouldn't be a Zweck-WG (a flatshare for purely functional purposes) 😊 Otherwise, the common rooms are kept clean and tidy through a cleaning plan.

Therefore, we are looking for a quiet, pleasant, and uncomplicated person (m/f) who fits well into the shared flat. If you are interested, please feel free to write us a short message with a few bits of information about yourself. If it basically fits, we would be happy to have a short phone call with you to get to know each other better 🙂

Kind regards,
Nuno
