Room in a shared flat

Hello :)
We are looking for a student to complete our great shared flat of 4!

Lovely bright 5.5 room apartment, with high ceilings, very well located (2 min from the Miséricorde campus, 20 min from the station and the BCU on foot), with a bus stop at the bottom (lines 3 and 5) and right next to a Migros.

The room we are offering is 20m2 with a small shared balcony.
There is also 40m2 of common space, including:

• a bathroom with bathtub, two sinks and a separate WC;
• a modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer and large storage spaces;
• a laundry column (washing machine + dryer) for the apartment.

In addition to this living space, the apartment comes with:

• A cellar;
• A bicycle storage room locked with a key.

You will join Marie (20 years old), Valentine (28 years old) and Louis (20 years old) to exchange and learn from one another; we are looking for someone calm, respectful of everyone's space and who enjoys chatting or playing a board game from time to time ;) We desire a non-smoker.
Marie and Valentine are in law school, in 2nd and 2nd year respectively; Louis is in the Faculty of Arts in philosophy-French in 3rd year.

Language spoken in the shared flat: French (but we manage in English if needed)

We look forward to reading your files (who you are, what you do etc.)! See you soon!!
