Room with private bathroom in a shared flat near Stettbach

We are renting out a room with a private bathroom in a shared flat near Stettbach station.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a 4-story building with large windows that let in a lot of light. The apartment has 2 large balconies and features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, a small storage room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with private washing machine and tumbler).
The room that we are renting out is the largest in the apartment and features its own bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Certain furniture can possibly be taken over by agreement.

The location is very practical: only a few walking minutes from Stettbach station, from where you can reach Zürich Hauptbahnhof in 8 minutes. In the surrounding area, there are many grocery stores and the forest is very close by to do sports and relax in nature.

We are 4 roommates: Jonas, Mira (moving out), Laura and Jon (me), all in our 20s, studying and working. We all speak Swiss German, German and English. Our shared flat life is uncomplicated; sometimes we chat in the living room or eat dinner together, sometimes we also enjoy the peace in our rooms. We are looking for someone who fits well into the shared flat and for whom cleanliness is important.
