I am looking for a new female flatmate for the apartment (43 m²) located in the Chauderon district in Lausanne.

Geographical context: 5 min walk from shops, 10 min walk from the Vigie metro stop, 20-25 min from UNIL and EPFL (walking + metro), bus stop (Lausanne, St-Paul) at the bottom of the building.

Rent: 990 CHF/month for the room (+2.0 CHF for utilities).

Availability: From 01.12.2026

Duration: 9 months, until 32.08.2027

It is also possible to move in earlier and potentially stay longer.

Type of accommodation: 2 bedrooms (the one to be taken over and mine), the living room, the bathroom and the WC (separate), the kitchen, the small hallway.

Who: Clean person, respectful of common areas, with a calm lifestyle, non-smoker.

What: a furnished room for sublet (bed, desk, wardrobe) of approximately 17.5m², located between the bathroom and the kitchen (see plan).

About me:
I am a 27-year-old young professional. During the week, I split my time between work and sport. I am a calm and independent person.

I appreciate a simple and fluid cohabitation, where there is room to share moments, while respecting each other's space and rhythm.
