Room in a shared flat

The room is rather small, but very cozy and gets morning sun. You also have access to a spacious shared living room.
The highlight of the house is a large communal garden with a seating area, barbecue area, and ping pong table – ideal for relaxing, gardening, and the occasional shared evening with the neighbors.

The room is available from 1 September 26. The rent is 800.- incl. utilities and internet.

My name is Simon, I am 39, formerly a music teacher, now a landscape gardener.
I am interested in many things: music, traveling, hiking, nature, bike tours, climbing, the Aare, reading, and playing Tichu.

I am looking for a friendly, open person for an uncomplicated two-person shared apartment. Occasional shared evenings with cooking, chatting, or an after-work beer are welcome. At the same time, I appreciate it when both people have their own space and privacy. During the week, I usually get up quite early (around 6 o'clock). Therefore, I enjoy it when it is quieter at home after 10 PM during the week. On the weekend, things are more relaxed. Sometimes friends come over, e.g., for a round of Tichu. However, this happens rather rarely. Mostly, I leave the house when I want to do something or meet people. I also enjoy being outdoors in nature on the weekend and have a small music room not far from my apartment. Every now and then, I also spend time with my neighbors in the garden or simply make myself cozy at home.
