3 ½ room apartment

Chur: renovated 3.5-room attic apartment with charm
This renovated 3.5-room attic apartment in Chur combines modern living comfort with special charm. Exposed beams, cozy attic slopes, and a fireplace create an inviting atmosphere. Shops, restaurants, and the bus stop are reachable within a few minutes' walk, ensuring short distances in everyday life.

You can reach the attic floor via the lift or the stairs. In the entrance area, built-in wardrobes offer practical storage space; a bathroom with a shower complements this area. The hallway then leads to the open kitchen with an adjacent living and dining area. Here there is space for cooking together, sociable evenings, and quiet hours by the fire. Direct balcony access extends the living space outdoors.

The master bedroom is located to the right of the living area and offers a personal retreat with its own en suite bathroom and direct balcony access. Floor-to-ceiling stone tiles give the bathroom an elegant hotel flair. Three other rooms in the rear part of the apartment can be used according to your needs as a children's room, home office, studio, or guest room.

The balcony invites you to let your gaze wander into the greenery and leave everyday life behind for a moment. The larger, south-easterly oriented part also offers beautiful hours of sunshine in winter. On the eastern part, a shady spot can be found depending on the time of day for warm summer days.

A private laundry tower provides additional comfort. The apartment also includes a cellar compartment. An underground parking space can be purchased for CHF 30'000.--. A bicycle room and a laundry room are available for communal use.
