HITrental AG rents stylish and furnished apartments with 2.5 rooms at Erlenmattstrasse 77 in Basel.

The modern apartments offer space for a total of 2-4 people and are furnished as follows: a large double bed is available in the bedroom. The living room is equipped with a cozy seating area for dining and a sofa bed. The adjacent open kitchen offers everything you need for cooking. There you will find hobs, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, an oven and all common kitchen utensils. Of course, the apartments have a private bathroom with WC, shower and hair dryer. A cozy balcony is also available. There you can relax wonderfully after long working days.

Included in the price are all utility costs, Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with international channels, bed linen, hand and bath towels as well as a monthly intermediate cleaning for stays longer than 45 days. In addition, free laundry facilities are available on the ground floor.

The final cleaning for stays longer than 30 days is CHF 200.00 and we require a rental deposit of CHF 2000.00. The Serafe radio and TV tax is not included in the rental price and must be paid by the tenant.

The apartments are located at Erlenmattstrasse 77, which is part of the Erlenmattquartier. It is a new urban district that meets all modern requirements for living, working, leisure and sustainable action. In 2017, the district received certification as a 2000-watt area in operation. The Erlenmattquartier is a dynamically developing living space. A large park is located in the center of the district and the Lange Erlen local recreation area can also be reached in a short time.

The furnished apartments are located in Bâleo Erlenmatt, a building that combines diverse uses, offers and lifestyles. The building includes, among others, a Coop supermarket, a nursery, attractive gastronomic offers and a fitness center.
