About the apartment
The apartment was basically renovated around 7 years ago. It has the following advantages:

• Large balcony for cozy hours in summer
• Beautiful sunsets
• Kitchen with dishwasher and steamer
• Bathroom with double sink, bathtub, and separate shower
• Washing machine and tumble dryer are only shared with 3 other parties and have a flexible plan.

Internet and service charges are already included in the rental price. An outdoor parking space can be rented additionally for 40.--.

About the surroundings
The apartment is located immediately at the city border. The bus stops "Wil SG, Letten" and "Bronschhofen im Mösli" as well as the Bronschhofen train station are reachable in 5 min. on foot. Denner and a bakery are also within walking distance. Wil train station is reachable in 5 min. by bicycle. From Wil, there are good connections to St. Gallen or Zürich.
