Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a successor (female or male) for my shared apartment room in the Obergrundquartier at Freigleis, at the level of the Eichhofbrauerei.
The apartment spans the upper two floors of an apartment building. The center and highlight of the WG are definitely the large living room and the great balcony with lots of sun and a view that I will miss very much. ☀️
I always found the location super, with the proximity to Neustadt, Allmend, Sonnenberg and the Tacuba right around the corner. ☕️
For cyclists, the Freigleis is directly in front of the door, and on the other side of the Obergrundstrasse is the cycle path towards Bruchstrasse and from there further along the Reuss.
Your new roommate and new roommates would be Debi, Quirin and Luca. Debi and Luca are also still relatively new in the WG, Quirin for about a year. Basically, everyone is very active and likes being out and about, but they are always happy when you run into each other in the WG for a little chat in the kitchen, watching series together on the sofa, or hanging out in the sun on the balcony 😊
The room costs 970 chf per month and the start of the lease would be from 2.22.. Every 3 months, approximately 60-80 chf for ewl is added, and a cleaning service comes every 2 weeks, for which you pay an additional 52 chf per month. There is an underground garage where bikes can be parked safely and dryly. Whether parking spaces are available, you would have to clarify directly with the administration if needed.
