Room in a shared flat

We are looking for people who want to help practically shape the future.
On the Chuderboden near Malters, a special place has been developing for many years: permaculture, biodiversity, water management, agriculture, and communal living come together here. And we are far from being finished.

By the end of the year, several rooms will become available in our two apartments. We are therefore not simply looking for people who would like to live on a beautiful farm. We are looking for people who want to become part of its further development with their hands, their knowledge, and their ideas.
Currently, we are particularly pleased to welcome people with experience or genuine enthusiasm for:
Permaculture and regenerative agriculture, gardening and landscaping, agroforestry and plants, timber construction and crafts, technology and repairs, nature and landscape conservation, water management, and ecological design.

You do not have to be able to do everything. Much more important to us is that you think independently, take responsibility, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
The Chuderboden is not a finished project. That is exactly where the opportunity lies: here, there is still room to design, experiment, build, and learn.
Transparency is important to us: Chuderboden cannot currently offer paid positions. You should therefore be able to support yourself independently – for example, through a part-time job, self-employment, or another source of income.
We are not looking for free labor. And we are also not looking for people who merely want to live cheaply on a farm.
We are looking for people who identify with this place and say:
"I don't just want to live here. I want to help build something here."
For this, you will find nature, knowledge, creative freedom, community, retreat possibilities, and the chance to help shape the further development of an extraordinary place.
Are you not just looking for a room, but for a place where you can make a difference?
Then we would like to get to know you. Further information can be found at www.chuderboden.ch/hier-leben

See you soon.
Warm regards
The Chuderboden-Team
