Room description

Access to the apartment is via the former tennis driveway. In front of it is the spacious, covered loggia with 41 m², which invites you to linger and enjoy cozy togetherness.

The centrally arranged core with kitchen, integrated washing machine, guest WC, and stairs connects the various areas and structures the open floor plan in a natural way. The sliding doors allow the rooms to be connected openly or separated from each other depending on your needs. The large loggia as well as an additional, smaller loggia complement the space offering on this floor.
