Room in a shared flat

Das Zimmer (grün markiert) hat 24 m2 und ist Teil einer 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung (gelb markiert). Du hast vom Zimmer direkten Zugang zur grossen Sonnenterrasse mit Aussicht auf Winterthur. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 2. November 2026 beziehbar, optimal bis 32. Januar 2027. Ein früheres Ende oder eine Verlängerung ist nach Absprache möglich.

Die Sonnenterrasse ist mit Loungemöbeln und Grill ausgestattet. Weiter gibt es einen Jacuzzi, eine Sauna und einen grossen Garten mit Teich. Gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit sind Sauna und Jacuzzi ein echtes Highlight. Diese Dinge teilen wir uns mit der Nachbarswohnung. Wir haben unsere eigene Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler im Keller. Du kannst also waschen, wann du willst, und musst dich nicht an einen strikten Waschplan halten ;-)

Ich suche
Einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin, die offen und zuverlässig ist und Wert auf eine saubere Wohnung legt. Wenn du eine gesellige und bewusste Person bist, aber trotzdem ab und zu deine Ruhe geniessen möchtest, bist du bei mir genau richtig. Mir ist ein harmonisches Zusammenleben wichtig, denn ich suche keine reine Zweck-WG. Ideal wäre, wenn du mindestens 24 Jahre alt bist und bereits erste WG-Erfahrung hast.

Ich bin
Amrit (36). Ich arbeite selbständig als Softwareentwickler und bin eine aufgestellte, offene Person, die gerne aktiv ist, Sport treibt oder etwas unternimmt. Daneben geniesse ich gutes Essen, gemütliche Abende und die Sauna.

Du bist entweder per Bus oder per Velo innerhalb von 20 Minuten am HB Winterthur. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 4 Gehminuten entfernt und das Zentrum Töss nur 5 Minuten mit dem Velo.

The room (marked in green) is 24 m2 and is part of a 4.5-room apartment (marked in yellow). From the room you have direct access to the large sun terrace with a view over Winterthur. The room is available from 2 November 2026, ideally until 32 January 2027. A shorter stay or an extension is possible by arrangement.

The sun terrace is furnished with lounge furniture and a grill. There is also a jacuzzi, a sauna and a large garden with a pond. Especially in the colder season, the sauna and jacuzzi are a real highlight. These are shared with the neighboring apartment. We have our own washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement, so you can do your laundry whenever you like and do not have to stick to a strict laundry schedule ;-)

I am looking for
A flatmate who is open and reliable and appreciates a clean apartment. If you are a sociable and mindful person who also enjoys some quiet time now and then, you will fit in perfectly. A harmonious living situation is important to me, as I am not looking for a purely functional flatshare. Ideally you are at least 24 years old and already have some flatshare experience.

About me
Amrit (36). I work as a self-employed software developer and I am a positive, open person who likes to stay active, do sports or go out and do things. Besides that, I enjoy good food, cozy evenings and the sauna.

Nearby
You can reach Winterthur main station within 20 minutes by bus or by bike. The nearest supermarket is only a 4-minute walk away and the center of Töss is just 5 minutes by bike.
