2 ½ Zimmer Wohnung

Wir haben im Juni 2025 hier unser Zuhause eingerichtet und reisen vom 27. September bis 25. Oktober. Wir suchen jemanden, der unsere helle, einladende 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in dieser Zeit geniessen und gut pflegen möchte - einfach einziehen und das See-Feeling spüren.

Traumhafte Lage
Direkt am Zürichsee (Seestrasse) mit tollem Blick übers Wasser und teilweise auf die Berge - morgens der Sonne beim Aufgehen direkt über dem See zusehen, in den See zum Morgenschwumm, einfach unschlagbar! Bus und Schiff (direkt zum Bürkliplatz) stehen vor der Tür; Bahnhof, Coop und Migros Voi sind nur 300 m entfernt (ca. 5 Min. zu Fuss). Kilchberg nach Hauptbahnhof in 13 Minuten, Bürkliplatz in 12 Minuten mit dem Bus, Enge in 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Gleich vor der Tür ein grosser Park, perfekt zum Joggen oder Entspannen in der Natur.

Eine warme 2.5-Zimmer-Oase im Boho-Chic-Stil, komplett neu möbliert seit Juni 2025 - alles fühlt sich neu und heimelig an. Ideal für Homeoffice mit zwei Schreibtischen (einer mit Panoramablick auf den See & wenn die Blätter gefallen sind auf Berge) und superschnellem 2.5 Gbit/s Internet.
Auf dem Balkon befindet sich eine Lounge sowie ein kleiner Bistrotisch und zwei Stühle. Ebenfalls kann eine Fitnessbank mit Gewichten genutzt werden. Ein TV steht im Wohnzimmer (kann ins Schlafzimmer wandern), das Citybike ist gratis nutzbar. Alle Lampen im Wohnzimmer & Schlafzimmer sind vom Handy steuerbar, dimmbar in allen Farben.
Eine kleine Aufgabe: Unsere Pflanzen würden sich über Wasser freuen.

We made this our home in June 2025 and will be travelling from 27 September to 25 October. We are looking for someone who would like to enjoy and take good care of our bright, inviting 2.5-room apartment during this time - just move in and enjoy the lake feeling.

Fantastic location
Right on Lake Zurich (Seestrasse) with a great view over the water and partly of the mountains - watch the sun rise directly over the lake in the morning and take a morning swim, simply unbeatable! Bus and boat (directly to Bürkliplatz) are right outside the door, train station, Coop, and Migros Voi are only 300 m away (approx. 5 min. walk). Kilchberg to Main Station in 13 minutes, Bürkliplatz in 12 minutes by bus, Enge in 15 minutes by bike. Right outside of the door is a large park, perfect for jogging or relaxing in nature.

A warm 2.5-room oasis in boho-chic style, completely refurnished since June 2025 - everything feels new and cozy. Ideal for working from home with two desks (one with a panoramic view of the lake, and of the mountains once the leaves have fallen) and super-fast 2.5 Gbit/s internet. On the balcony there is a lounge, a small bistro table and two chairs, plus a fitness bench with weights. There is a TV in the living room (can be moved to the bedroom), and the city bike is free to use.
All lamps in the living room and bedroom can be controlled from your phone and are dimmable in all colors.
One small task: our plants would appreciate being watered.
