L'appartamento dispone di due camere da letto, uno studio separato, due bagni, una lavatrice e un asciugatrice in-unità. Per lavorare da casa, ci sono due postazioni di lavoro dedicate, di cui una con scrivania regolabile in altezza. La posizione è molto centrale con negozi, caffè e ristoranti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Die Lage ist sehr zentral mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes und Restaurants bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. The apartment features two bedrooms, a separate office, two WCs, and an in-unit washing machine and dryer. For working from home, there are two dedicated workstations, one with a height-adjustable desk. The location is very central with shops, cafés, and restaurants within easy walking distance. Fiber internet is included in the rent, and there is an Ethernet port in every room.
