Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a new roommate to join our beautiful apartment in Wollishofen, just a one-minute walk from the lake. The available room is approximately 22 m², very bright and spacious, with plenty of room for a comfortable living and home-office setup. The room will be rented unfurnished. The apartment consists of: * 4 rooms * 1 bathroom * A modern kitchen * A large 30 m² terrace * Additional storage space Currently, one of the four rooms is used as a laundry and utility room. However, it offers additional space and could potentially be transformed into a shared living room in the future. We’re open to ideas! The apartment is very well connected. The bus stop is located directly in front of the building, and Bürkliplatz can be reached in around 9 minutes. Wollishofen offers a variety of grocery shopping options, with Aldi just a few minutes away. The monthly rent is CHF 1,140, including: * WiFi * Washing machine & dishwasher * Shared kitchen equipment and dishes * Storage space About Us:You would be sharing the apartment with Philipp (30) who is currently finishing his PhD, and Lea (28), who is studying psychology. We enjoy a friendly and relaxed living environment. While we occasionally like to cook together or have dinner on the terrace, we also have our own schedules and social lives. We’re looking for someone who is at a similar stage of life and values a respectful and easy-going atmosphere. We speak German and English. Interested?
