Ciao! Sto cercando una coinquilina di preferenza che voglia affittare questa grande stanza luminosa di 20 m² per il 01.09.2026. Si trova in un ampio appartamento di 3,5 locali di 107 m² alla Route de Beaumont 4 e l'affitto mensile è di CHF 860.-. Comprende un ingresso con diverse armadi a muro, un ampio soggiorno con cucina moderna e aperta, due camere identiche di cui una con bagno (senza WC) e un bagno/doccia con colonna di lavaggio, oltre a una enorme cantina. La stazione, l'Università di Pérolles e il centro città sono raggiungibili in 4 minuti in bicicletta o 10 minuti se si è a piedi. La fermata dell'autobus si trova proprio di fronte all'edificio e troverai negozi, bar o il Frison nelle vicinanze! Condividerai l'appartamento con me, attualmente lavoro al 90% a Pérolles, mi piace viaggiare, uscire a bere con gli amici, fare attività il fine settimana ma mi piace anche fare serate rilassanti davanti a un film o una serie. It consists of a hall with several wall cupboards, a large living room with a modern and open kitchen, two identical bedrooms, one with a bathroom (without WC) and a WC / shower room with a washing column as well as a huge cellar. The train station, the University of Pérolles and the city centre are accessible in 4 minutes by bike or 10 minutes if you are on foot. The bus stop is right in front of the building and you will find shops, bars or the Frison nearby! You will share the flat with me, I currently work 90% in Pérolles, I love travelling, going out for drinks with friends, doing activities at the weekend but I also like to have chill evenings in front of a movie or a serie.
