Room in a shared flat

I am subletting my room from July 6th to August 17th. The apartment is located in a great, convenient area, perfect for someone looking for a peaceful and tidy place to stay. About the Room & Apartment: Location: Roswiesenstrasse 9. Commute: Only 20 minutes to Zurich Central Station (HB) by tram. Supermarkets nearby: \* Coop & Migros: 5 minutes walk. Denner: 3 minutes by tram. Lidl: 7 minutes by tram. Living Situation: You will be sharing the apartment with a friendly Colombian male (2-person WG). Shared Spaces: You will have full access to the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. I am looking for a very clean, tidy, and respectful person who values a quiet living environment. Please note that this is not a party apartment. I prefer someone who is considerate of others and keeps the shared spaces clean. Important: This is a no-smoking and no-pet apartment. Rent & Deposit: Rent: 680 CHF per month (6.July-17.August : total 950 chf. includes all utilities). Security Deposit: 400 CHF. The deposit will be fully refunded after your check-out, provided the room is returned in the same condition as when you arrived.
