Je loue ma chambre dans ma colocation pour 3 mois, de novembre à fin janvier 2027 (dates flexibles, un ou deux mois conviennent également), 1275 CHF / mois. C'est à côté de l'arrêt Siemens, à environ 20 minutes de Zürich HB. C'est très calme et l'appartement est meublé.

C'est un grand appartement lumineux de 4.5 pièces, avec deux balcons, un lave-vaisselle, une bonne machine à expresso, etc. Vous ne partagerez l'appartement qu'avec un jeune homme. Il a 27 ans, est très calme et poli, et prépare actuellement son doctorat. Il parle allemand, français et anglais.

Fumer et les animaux sont interdits. Une seule personne, de préférence un homme.

I’m renting a furnished room in my apartment for 3 months, from November 1st to the end of January 2027 (shorter dates within there also possible, even just a month or two), 1275 CHF / month. It’s near the tram stop Siemens and about 20 minutes from Zürich HB. It is very quiet, and the whole apartment is furnished.

The apartment is large, bright, and 4.5 rooms with two balconies, a dishwasher, good espresso machine, etc. You will only be sharing it with one man. He is 27 and doing his PhD, and is very quiet, polite, and respectful. He speaks German, French, and English.

No smoking or pets. Only one person, preferably male.
