**Vie en colocation : Qui vit ici ?** We're a relaxed four-person flatshare, mostly students – and we're happy to welcome someone new. Moving in here isn't just about getting a room; it's about becoming part of a community: cooking together, hanging out in the living/dining room or using the garden in summer. At the same time, everyone has enough space to retreat, study and work. We also get on very well with the neighbours in the building. **L'appartement** The apartment is on the top floor of a well-kept older building and has all the charm of an attic flat: sloping ceilings, real wood parquet and plenty of daylight. It comprises four private rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a small living/dining room, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate WC. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available, as is internet, a storage room inside the flat plus a cellar and attic compartment for storage. We are allowed to use the garden, and there is good parking around the building. **Les chambres** All four rooms are furnished and ready to move into – with a bed, a wardrobe or built-in cupboard, a desk and a shelf. Real wood parquet, light walls and the typical sloping ceilings give each room its own character, and the windows look out onto greenery or the quiet street – thanks to the location you can sleep with the window open.
