Room in a shared flat

Je sous-loue ma chambre dans un appartement de 4 chambres du 05.09.2026 au 02.10.2026. Les trois autres colocs sont: Ralfs (qui travaille maintenant après avoir terminé son Master’s), Max (qui commence son Master’s en architecture) et Thibaud (qui vient tout juste de terminer son Master’s en cybersécurité). Nous sommes situés à 5 min à pied de la station Montelly sur la M1. Il y a une Migros, Coop et Coop Pronto situées près de l’appartement. L’appartement à deux salles de bain, un espace pour laisser un vélo dehors et du rangement au sous-sol. Nous avons également une laveuse et sèche-linge ainsi qu’un lave-vaisselle. La chambre fait 17 m². Le loyer inclut toutes les charges. ——— I’m subleasing my room from 05.09.2026 to 02.10.2026 as I will be away. The room is part of a 4-bedroom apartment. The other flatmates are Ralfs (working after having finished his Master’s last year), Max (starting Master’s in architecture) and Thibaud (just recently finished Master’s in cybersecurity). The flat is ~5min walking from the Montelly metro station. There’s a Migros, Coop and Coop Pronto nearby. There are two bathrooms, an area to lock a bike outside and storage in the basement. We also have an in-unit washer and dryer and a dishwasher. The room is 17 m². The price includes all charges.
