**Sunny room in Kalkbreite, next to Wiedikon Bahnhof** WG Room in Central Wiedikon The apartment is located in the heart of Zurich, between Wiedikon Bahnhof and Lochergut, and features 3 large Bedrooms, a freshly renovated kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. The common areas are shared with a 33yo female and a 30yo male, with a healthy and good atmosphere! Despite the very central location (right next to many restaurants, bars, cinemas, Migros/Coop/Lidl 3 min walking distance, etc), the apartment is located on a very calm side street. It takes 3 minutes walking to Wiedikon train station and tram stops. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher and microwave included), and the washing machine is in the basement shared with the other 3 apartments of the building (without schedule!). The room comes fully furnished and it's facing the courtyard (very quiet) in the southwest so there's a very pleasant light during the day (there are also blinds and curtains). Be is 200x160 and comfortable. The rent includes internet, water, electricity, heating and weekly cleaning of shared areas. Rental rate caries based on the length of stay: \- 6+ months (unlimited): 1350 CHF \- 5-6 months: 1450 CHF \- 3-4 months: 1550 CHF \- 1-2 months: 1650 CHF It suits perfectly those who are new in town, want to get to know new people or simply looking for a new place to live in the best area of Zurich.
