Room in a shared flat

In our cozy 3-person shared flat in Oberarth, a room is becoming available. The room is 13.5 m² in size and offers direct access to the approximately 71 m² large terrace with a beautiful view of the Rigi. Ancillary costs, electricity, and internet are included. Parking and furniture available upon request. The shared flat consists of three people. Currently, two employed flatmates around 40 years old live here, who are often on the go and appreciate an uncomplicated, quiet cohabitation. An older, relaxed cat also lives in the apartment. We are looking for a reliable and uncomplicated person who values a pleasant coexistence. Joint activities can arise, at the same time we respect the privacy of each individual.
